We're joining a rich history of the International Person of Leather circuit. We're growing and an internationally decadent creation by generations of fabulous twisted people! Our inaugral year in 2019 had about 100 people attend and generated a lot of excitement about moving forward. We had classes, a dinner, and our show! It was two days of fabulous fun. JUDGE
Mz Max Rulz has been active in the BDSM Kink community for 25 years. She hosted The Leather Hour for a year, an interview radio show with BDSM Leaders in the Houston and Galveston, TX community at the time.
She founded and led the discussion group, Just Us Women in Kink in Houston, TX and expanded to Baltimore, MD for 6 years. The communication group was nominated for a Pantheon Leather Award for Small Group.
Max Rulz has taught safety in kink classes in the US and Europe. For more than a year, she conducted board functions and fundraising for the Woodhull Freedom Foundation as a Member of the Advisory Board. For 3 years, she served as the assistant director for the Carter- Johnson Leather Library. For 10 years she has hosted the O’Kink Gathering that serves as a safe place for acceptance and fellowship.
Max Rulz has been fundraising for NCSF for many years and now serves on the board of NCSF as the Advocate Coordinator. Most of all she enjoys learning. She believes there is always something new to learn, and even if it is the same act, different people bring to it their own special magic and something new is created.
JUDGE
StormShadow started exploring kink in CA in the late 1990s. StormShadow is currently on the Board of F.I.S.T. (Females Investigating Sexual Terrain) and has been an active member of FIST since 2010. A long time believer in volunteering, StormShadow has volunteered at Thunder in the Mountains, Black BEAT, various fundraising events, and taught for a number of organizations. Ever the adventurer-- hobbies include cathartic flogging, impact play, fire, and active outdoor adventures as well as gardening. Miss Kimi deRou is a femme servant with dominant tendencies and a menagerie of primals. She fully embraces her littles (all three of them!) and advocates for awareness and acceptance of littles as 2013's Little Miss Littles Dark Odyssey: Winter Fire. She is in service to Master Mason deRou and serves as the Alpha Submissive of La Meute de Rougaroux (The Rougarou Pack). In addition to engaging in her favorite form of bondage (corsets), Kimi is also a uniform fetishist and among her many identities is human pony. Kimi has presented at BESS, Black Rose, Weekend Reunion, and Tiny Terrors and resides in the Washington, DC area.

Tori is a bon vivant, lo-fi femme dyke, and proud resident of Baltimore. She’s been an active fan of leather community since 2002, when she attended the very first Cleveland Leather Annual Weekend (CLAW). Since then, she’s helped organize the next 4 CLAW events, worked at kink & leather emporium Chained Desires, and spent lots of quality time with the local leatherwomen of FIST. She thanks the producers of this event for the opportunity to serve our community, and for their patience with her endless questions!

Rik Newton-Treadway, has been a community activist, contest and event producer for over 35 years. This Pantheon award winning Sadistic, Fun Loving, Kinky Fucker is a Maryland native. Residing in Baltimore, with his wonderful hus-boy of 18 years Paulie, and some of his wonderful family.

Scorpius Renegade, Mr Maryland Leather 2019, is proud to call himself a "social justice warrior" - someone who believes in equity and opportunity for all. Whether teaching college courses, lessons in kink and D/s relationships, or through work and volunteering he points out that, yes, he's "that person" who will not stand for inequality and oppression. Trans folx, Persons of Color, those living with disabilities or HIV, women...whatever the targeted group he battles to educate and change outdated and misappropriated stereotypes and expectation of the potentials we all have. He recognizes his brothers, sisters, and siblings need him now and stands with them, beside them, or in front of them, if necessary to protect them. He is an associate member of ONTX Mid-Atlanta since July 2018.

slave cheryl is from Northern Virginia and been active in the region for the past five years. She is a member of MAsT Laurel, MAsT DC Pan, the HardPink Sisterhood, and attends MAsT Towson when able. She attended the MTTA slave academy (# 51). She enjoys giving back to the community in a myriad of ways including serving at the MTTA slave academy and as the judge's slave for the Northeast Master/slave Contest at MsC. She recently served as the handler for Sir James and slave wendy as they competed at International M/s competition at SouthPlains Leather Fest. She presents service stations on handmade journals, vision boards and co-presents on bullet journaling. She lends her time and talents creating artwork and handmade journals for donation to auctions at MsC, Community Fest, and the M/s Gathering.

blyss found the Lifestyle community during her formative undergrad years. Anxious to begin the journey of a new way of living, thinking and being, she participated in events in her hometown of Richmond, VA. At that time, groups such as E.S.C.A.P.E., R.O.P.E., and CUFF offered her a variety of learning opportunities and experiences that has continued to inspire her over the years. In 2008, she was interviewed for and featured in the Lifestyle documentary Kinky that has been screened at film festivals country wide, most notably at Cinekink; and in 2019 she did a released the revised edition of her book Single in the Scene: Navigating the Lifestyle Community as a Single Slave. blyss continues to be an active part of the DC Metro M/s and Leather communities through volunteerism and forming lasting connections with others in the community. She identifies as MDHL-fs and M/s and is an active member of both MDHL-DMV and MAsT Laurel Women.

iamar was introduced to the Leather community in 1996 through AOL. She joined the TIDEwater Community as a member in 1998 when it first formed as BelleIsis. She moved to Nashville, TN in 1999 and through the years renamed herself iamar after her Leather brother told her that she was like the moon which was ever changing. She had been apart of the volunteer staff in the Nashville community. She started Teases and Cakes, a support group for submissives and slaves as well as hosts the Nashville People of Color and 1st Thursday munch in Nashville. As a volunteer for Frolicon, she expanded her role as a game room hostess to being a ceremony coordinator as well as a Primal presenter. She is a moderator for Primal Play-The Animal Within on Fetlife. She is currently a member of The Red Chair in Birmingham, AL and Voodoo Leatherworks in Colorado Springs, CO. She is the Vice President of Onyx Pearls Southern Leather, has proudly serving as Sargent of Arms for two years for the Onyx Pearls Southeast and former council member of Onyx Pearl National Council. She holds the title of SELF Person of Leather 2018 and International Person of Leather 2019. iamar is always on the go traveling to visit the various communities in her spare time to continue her education regarding Leather, BDSM, and Kink.

Sir Bradford and Girl Pixie are an Owner/Property, Total Authority Exchange couple newly transplanted to Florida. Sir Bradford is a queer transman of color who has been in this community for nearly five years, and Girl Pixie is a queer, gender-fluid leather girl, that was raised in a leather house with kinky parents, but officially stepped into this community over 10 years ago. Collectively, they created the House of Kreatures, and are currently building W.A.Y.S.S., a non-profit for LGBTQ Youth. Sir Bradford is Mr. Southeast Leatherfest 2018, and has spent this year traveling from coast to coast, meeting new people, gaining knowledge, and sharing his experiences. Girl Pixie is the CEO of The Leather Heart Foundation, as well as the Volunteer Coordinator for Sin in the City 2019. Together, they have 3 children they are raising to follow their Household motto: "Live Your Truth Without Spreading Hate."

Zebrianna has a passion for all of the sharp & pointies. You can feel the energy from her as she plays or teaches and she’s known for creating beautiful artwork with needles, scalpels, staples and sutures!
Since 2008, she has taught countless workshops for dozens of different groups and events, all up and down the east coast.
Zeb was a Pantheon of Leather Nominee for the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2014; Director of Programming for Floating World 2009, Boot Camp III 2010, Philly Leather Pride Weekend 2010, Leather Leadership Conference 2014; and is a Co-Producer & Head of Programming for Brimstone NJ.
When not teaching or volunteering, Zeb can be found in the dungeon at most any event she attends as one of the last people playing into the wee hours of the night (or morning).

Master Penguin and slave ginna have been in a power exchange dynamic for nearly 23 years . We have evolved together in those years and have had many ups and downs. We have been involved with many groups including MAsT we are both MTTA graduates. We have taught classes at MsC and MsG. Some of the presentations they have done are M/s and mental health, M/s and abuse, raising kids in an kinky household, how to serve with mobility issues and many more. In their nearly 23 years their dynamic has evolved and changed but they are still madly in love with each other. We are now helping to guide our adult daughter within the BDSM community.
